Hampshire born pop and R&B singer Alexa Goddard first gained recognition in 2011 after she uploaded covers of well-known songs to her YouTube channel, which led to her featuring on a track with British rapper Wiley that same year.

After taking some time off, it was announced in April 2014 that Goddard, 25, had signed to Jay Z's record label, Roc Nation. With a few releases already under her belt and the social media world at her feet (she's amassed over 40,000 followers thanks to her YouTube channel), this blonde songstress shows no signs of slowing down and may soon steal Rita Ora's crown as Jay Z's English rose.
